What in the world is this about?

Go to the US Postal Service website and try and figure out why our fed tax dollars are being spent marketing Star Wars to well, us. We are marketing to ourselves. I'm not sure how much it cost, but it is cool and I'm just not sure it is worth it.

First things first. Why are you surfing the USPS website in the middle of the night?

And I would agree that it is not right that we are marketing to ourselves.

I want my tax dollars back!!!

The way I see it, is we hire a computer guy to do the mundane stuff, but since one criteria for being a computer guys and girls is a high level of creativity. If they couldn't add some of these doo-dads, they would go crazy. So the way I see it we--the citizens of the USA--are saving some money on mental health care.

ok...um....does anyone hear a very strange noise when you visit Jason's blog???????

Well, maybe I can shed some light on this, Jason since my husband IS a postal worker and we know EVERYTHING about the innerworkings of our beloved postal service. Well, ok not really everything......or anything for that matter. All I know really is that Justin said that for three weeks 400 postal boxes all over the nation will be made to look like R2D2. And as far as our fed dollars go, I'm not really for sure. I do know that they are a for profit organization, but I guess some of our tax dollars may go to it, too. All I've got to say is remember that every time you put a stamp on an envelope or drop a letter in the mail box you are putting food on our table. Thank you for your patronage.
